Refund Policy
At IB Media, we value transparency, fairness, and accountability. This policy explains when refunds apply and how they work.
72-Hour Delivery Guarantee (Primary Refund Clause)
We guarantee delivery of your clothing brand website within 72 hours once all required information has been received and approved.
- If we fail to deliver your website within 72 hours, you are entitled to compensation of ₦10,000 for every additional hour beyond the deadline.
- This compensation applies only after the initial 72 hours have passed.
- Compensation continues until the website is delivered live.
This guarantee applies only if:
- All required brand assets (logo, products, content, approvals) were provided on time.
- There are no delays caused by late feedback, missing information, or change requests from the client.
Refunds on Web Design Services
Due to the nature of digital services:
- No full refunds are issued once website development has started.
- If work has not yet started, and a refund request is made within 24 hours of payment, a partial refund may be considered after deducting processing fees.
- Once design, development, or setup work has begun, payments are non-refundable.
Discounted & Promotional Offers
- Payments made under discounts, giveaways, or promotional offers (including 50% discounts and holiday promotions) are non-refundable.
- Giveaway entries and consultation calls are free and therefore not refundable.
Ads & Marketing Services
- Payments for ads setup, management, or consultations are non-refundable once service has started.
- IB Media does not guarantee sales, revenue, or ad performance, as results depend on multiple factors beyond our control (product quality, pricing, demand, customer behavior, etc.).
Client-Caused Delays
Refunds and guarantees do not apply if delays are caused by:
- Late submission of brand assets
- Delayed approvals or feedback
- Changes to agreed design after approval
- Incorrect or incomplete information provided by the client
Exceptional Circumstances
In rare cases, IB Media may issue a partial refund at its discretion if:
- Services have not progressed significantly
- The issue is proven to be solely on our end
All decisions in such cases are final.
