1. 72-Hour Delivery Guarantee

We guarantee delivery of your website within 72 hours after:

• You have submitted all required information
• You have approved the direction of the website

If we fail to deliver within this time:

👉 You will receive ₦10,000 for every extra hour beyond the 72-hour deadline until delivery is completed.

This applies only if delays are not caused by the client.

2. Free Website (Giveaway Winner)

If you are selected for the free website:

• The design and development are completely free
• You are only responsible for:
  • Domain purchase
  • Hosting subscription

Since no payment is made for the design service:

• No refunds apply to the free portion of the offer

3. Discounted Website (50% Off)

If you are selected for the 50% discount offer:

• Payment is required before work begins
• Once development has started, payments are non-refundable

If you cancel:

• Before work begins → You may request a refund (processing fees may apply)
• After work begins → Refunds are not available

4. Client-Related Delays

The 72-hour guarantee and any compensation do not apply if delays are caused by:

• Late submission of required information
• Delayed feedback or approvals
• Changes after agreeing on the design
• Incorrect or incomplete details

5. Change of Mind

If you decide not to continue:

• Before work begins → Refund may be considered
• After work begins → No refunds will be issued

6. Ads & Additional Services

Payments for:

• Ads setup
• Marketing services
• Consultation upgrades

Are non-refundable once service has started, as time and resources are already committed.

7. Exceptional Cases

In rare situations, IB Media may offer a partial refund if:

• Work has not significantly progressed
• The issue is clearly on our end

All such decisions are made at our discretion.
